Development Facilities
ENGINEERING DATA and DRAWING
CATIA V5 R19 - Used to study vehicle data and design OEM Aerokits, for various types of materials such a Polyurethane (RIM), Polypropylene (Injection) ABS (Injection / Blow / Vacuum moulding) etc. Final 3D data with approved surface A, will then be used for mould making. Engineering drawing is produced to detail dimensioning, with OEM guidelines provided by customer.
MOLD DESIGN FACILITIES
CATIA AND SOLIDWORKS - Mold design is done in collaboration with only selected vendors who fully understand product material limitations, to ensure that the final product can be molded with zero defect in terms of quality difficulty during production run.
ENGINEERING ANALYSIS FACILITY
MOLDFLOW - Troubleshooting of mold designs to identify defects by simulation before hard tooling begins. Mold design is optimized
for best product molding solution.
COMPUTER AIDED MACHINING
CIMATRON, MASTERCAM, UNIGRAPHICS - Core and cavity is simulated on computer to optimize cutting solution. CNC codes are then generated for CNC milling
MOLD MAKING & MAINTENANCE
Mold making is usually subcontracted subcontract to local or overseas mould making facilities. Mould testings and part fitment are confirmed in-house. Able to do minor maintenance in-house periodically backpressure injection molds
